PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a hard coat laminate film excellent in transparency, tone, scratch resistance, surface hardness, interlayer adhesion strength and surface smoothness, and suitable particularly as a display surface plate of an image display device having a touch panel function.SOLUTION: The production method includes: (1) a step of forming a wet coating film of a coating material (α) comprising an active energy ray-curable resin on a transparent resin film; (2) a step of irradiating the wet coating film of the coating material (α) with active energy rays up to an integrated light quantity of 1 to 230 mJ/cmto change the wet coating film of the coating material (α) into a coating film in a dry-to-touch state; (3) forming a wet coating film of a coating material (β) comprising an active energy ray curable resin on the coating film in the dry-to-touch state of the coating material (α); and (4) a step of preliminarily heating the wet coating film of the coating material (β) to 30 to 100°C and then irradiating the film with active energy rays up to an integrated light quantity of 240 to 10000 mJ/cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
