PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the yield efficiency by a fluidity medium in a duct or tubular reactor, the feed of gas and the improvement of its distribution.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing methacrylamide by the hydrolysis of acetone cyanhydrin using sulfuric acid where sulfuric acid and acetone cyanhydrin are metered by a metering ring 4 arranged at a metering part 11 in the first loop type reactor, sulfuric acid and acetone cyanhydrin are metered by the metering ring 4 arranged at the metering part 11 in the second loop type reactor, the sulfuric acid and acetone cyanhydrin are metered in such a manner that many sulfuric acid residue is present than the one by the second loop type reactor, in the first loop type reactor, a reaction mixture in the first loop type reactor is reacted with the remaining partial flow of the acetone cyanhydrin, the first and/or the second metering ring 4 is provided with a distribution chamber 6, at the side of the sulfuric acid and acetone cyanhydrin feed pump or at the inside of the pump, and the temperature of the reaction mixture is controlled to 85 to 150°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
