PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support cutting work by using allocation data 34 allocated under guillotine cut restrictions to display and output voices and images in accordance with the work progress.SOLUTION: When a face material 14 is to be cut on a processing table 12, the cutting procedure of the face material 14 is directed. Allocation data generation means 42 generates allocation data 34 with a plurality of rectangular products 16 all allocated on a rectangular face material 14 under guillotine cut restrictions to cut out the products 16 from the face material 14. Cutting procedure determination means 44 reads out the allocation data 34 to generate such cutting procedure data 36 as the cutting count of the face material 14 minimizes.
