PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which the number of buffer elements increases in proportion to the number of signal processing circuits since a conventionally known imaging device is provided with a buffer element for each signal processing circuit, and the problem in which it is necessary to set a margin of operation timing long, namely, it is difficult to make operation fast since a drive signal is delayed and supplied in each group while a plurality of signal processing circuits are grouped in one.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus is provided with first buffer circuits which are connected to each other in series and second buffer circuits which are connected in parallel to the first buffer circuits, and a drive signal is supplied to a plurality of signal processing parts by the one second buffer circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
