PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool, an arithmetic method, and a computer program which calculate thermal displacement amount of a column.SOLUTION: A machine tool includes: a spindle head for supporting a spindle; a column which supports the spindle head and vertically extends; a moving mechanism which is provided in the column so as to vertically move the spindle head; and a control device which is provided so as to control driving of the spindle and the moving mechanism. The machine tool further includes an arithmetic section for calculating thermal displacement amount of the column vertically displacing on a lower side of the moving mechanism by heat conducted from the control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
