PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of loading a tool by drawing in the axis line direction of a main shaft and capable of reducing slide slanted between the tool and a collet member.SOLUTION: A machine tool comprises: a main shaft freely rotatably supported to a main shaft head; a chuck device chucking a tool drawn in the axis line direction of the main shaft; tool holding parts 61, 62 holding the tools mounted to the chuck device; and a turning arm 60 moving the tool holding part to the reachable position of the main shaft. The machine tool supports the tool holding parts 61, 62 to the turning arm 60 via a support mechanism 80. The support mechanism 80 has a displacement follow-up mechanism 88 supporting the tool holding parts displaceably to the directions L, W crossing with the axis line Z of the tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
