PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference signal generating device which can detect a sign of a failure before an atomic oscillator completely fails, electronic equipment, a mobile body, a data communication device, and a digital terrestrial communication network.SOLUTION: A reference signal generating device comprises: a receiving unit which receives a reference signal; a first oscillator including an atomic oscillator; a first phase comparator which compares a phase of the signal output from the first oscillator with a phase of the reference signal; a second oscillator which generates a signal output to the outside; and a second phase comparator which compares a phase of the signal output from the first oscillator with a phase of the signal output from the second oscillator. The first oscillator includes a sweep result output unit which outputs a sweep result signal corresponding to the resonance signal obtained by sweeping frequencies in the first oscillator, and a determining unit which determines a failure state on the basis of at least one of a phase comparison signal of the first phase comparator and a phase comparison signal of the second phase comparator, and the sweep result signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
