PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain solar cell element with high photoelectric conversion efficiency by effectively utilizing light irradiated to a collector electrode to increase a power generating current for power generation and a solar cell module.SOLUTION: The solar cell element includes: a semiconductor layer constituting a photoelectric conversion part; and first and second collector electrodes sandwiching the semiconductor layer. Only between a bus electrode 27a, which is at least one of the first and second collector electrodes and the semiconductor layer, a wavelength conversion layer 27R1 is provided. The wavelength conversion layer 27R1 is shielded with the bus electrode 27a and converts a wavelength of light of a wavelength that does not contribute to the photoelectric conversion to lead to the photoelectric conversion part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
