PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural jig and a wooden building construction method that enable a single worker to fasten a ceiling joist to a ceiling cornice readily at a low cost.SOLUTION: An architectural jig 1 mainly comprises a plate-form body 2 mounted on a top surface 10B of a ceiling joist 10. A through-hole 3 penetrates through the plate-form body 2 in a vertical direction, to have a nail 5 inserted therethrough. A hole diameter of the through-hole 3 is set such that the nail 5 is held on an inner wall of the through-hole 3. A protrusion 4 for whirl-stop hangs from an undersurface of the plate-form body 2, to be engaged with the top surface 10B of the ceiling joist 10 for fixing the plate-form body 2. The plate-form body 2 is made of a flexible synthetic resin. A wooden building construction method using the architectural jig 1 includes a plate-form body installation step P1, a plate-form body fastening step P2, a plate-form body mounting step P3, a first ceiling joist fastening step P4, and a second ceiling joist fastening step P5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
