The boiler has a filling chamber (4) for solid fuel provided above a grill (5). A combustion chamber (12) is provided next to the filling chamber and has a cylindrical combustion space (11) formed with a horizontal longitudinal axis. The combustion space is connected with the filling chamber by an exhaust gas channel (13) which is formed as an integral part of the combustion chamber rear (15) wall and which opens out into a secondary air supply (18). The secondary air supply opens out in the vicinity of the peripheral side of the exhaust gas channel. |
