PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting insert applicable to right-angle-shoulder machining.SOLUTION: A cutting insert (10) of the invention is applicable to right-angle-shoulder machining. This cutting insert comprises: second cutting edge parts (21, 21a) extending at corner portions; and a first cutting edge (22) extending between corner portions (CP).
