The SNS processing part 12 transmits a new subscription screen 50 to a terminal 46, and transmits a member ID transmitted from the terminal 46 to the organization server 48 to request transmission of attribute information, and stores the transmitted attribute information in association with the member ID in the user information storage part 14.
