PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the quantity of ethanol and glucose in mash easily and precisely and a filter.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for determining the concentrations of ethanol and glucose in mash simultaneously, including the steps of: filtering a solid component from mash in one stage or multiple stages; and simultaneously determining the concentrations of ethanol and glucose in the obtained filtered solution by a Raman spectrometer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
