PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure that can easily be applied when installing any base isolation device in the base concrete and can improve durability of a base isolation device while reducing cost.SOLUTION: A bolt 26 inserted into a lower flange member 20 of a base isolation device 10 is fastened to a box nut 28 embedded in base concrete 1202 of a lower structure 14. The box nut 28 has a body 2804 formed of a female screw 2802 and an anchor plate part 2806 having a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of the body 2804. An outer circumferential surface 2804A of the body 2804 is embedded in the base concrete 1202 while being displaceable in an axial direction for the base concrete 1202 by an unbonded material 30 constituting a displaceable part 29. A flattenable space securing member 32A for securing a space without the concrete is embedded in the base concrete 1202 in a surface 2806A of the anchor plate part 2806 around the body 2804.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
