摘要 A level shift circuit of a GOA framework liquid crystal panel and level shift method. A level shift IC (20) is provided with a delay calculation and register module (201) therein, and utilizes a start signal line (30) and an IIC bus (40) to establish a communication connection between a time schedule controller (10) and the level shift IC (20). The time schedule controller (10) sets initial values (T1-Tn) of the delay calculation and register module (201) via the IIC bus (40), and transmits a start signal (STV) to the level shift IC (20) via the start signal line (30). The level shift IC (20) is triggered by referencing the start signal (STV) and according to the initial values (T1-Tn) of the delay calculation and register module (201) to output at least four groups of time schedule signals (CKV1-CKVn), and shifts up voltages of the start signal (STV) and the at least four groups of time schedule signals (CKV1-CKVn) to drive a GOA framework liquid crystal panel (50), thereby generating a larger number of time schedule signals at a low cost.
