摘要 Provided is a carbon porous body, which, despite being a mesoporous structure, has a large nitrogen adsorption difference with respect to a difference in nitrogen relative pressure in a region where the nitrogen relative pressure is comparatively large. In this carbon porous body, the micropore volume calculated from αS plot analysis of the nitrogen adsorption isotherm measured at a temperature of 77 K is 0.1 cm3/g or less and is smaller than the mesopore volume calculated by subtracting the micropore volume from the nitrogen adsorption when the nitrogen relative pressure P/P0 in the nitrogen adsorption isotherm is 0.97, and the nitrogen adsorption is in the range of 500 cm3 (STP)/g or less when the nitrogen relative pressure P/P0 is 0.5, and the nitrogen adsorption is in the range of 600 cm3 (STP)/g to 1100 cm3 (STP)/g when the nitrogen relative pressure P/P0 is 0.85 in the nitrogen adsorption isotherm.
