1. A photographing apparatus comprising:
an image sensor, which converts an object image that is formed by a photographing optical system into electrical pixel signals; a driver configured to obtain an optical low-pass filter effect via an object light-bundle being incident on a plurality of pixels of said image sensor by moving a movable member in a direction that is different from an optical axis of said photographing optical system, wherein said movable member includes at least one of a lens element, constituting part of said photographing optical system, and said image sensor; a processor configured to set a photographing mode to one of a still-image photographing mode and a specified photographing mode other than said still-image photographing mode; and an LPF controller configured to allows said optical low-pass filter effect to be obtained by moving said movable member via said driver when said processor has set the photographing mode to said still-image photographing mode, and configured to prohibits an obtaining of said optical low-pass filter effect, obtained by moving said movable member via said driver, when said processor has set the photographing mode to said specified photographing mode.
