PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process machine which efficiently prevents chips from adhering to a bottom plate and a wall plate.SOLUTION: A process machine 100 according to an embodiment includes: a processing chamber 101 which houses a workpiece 1; and a tool 11 which processes the workpiece 1. The process machine 100 includes: a bottom plate 13 having a through hole 13a and defining a bottom surface of the processing chamber 101; a wall plate 14 defining a side surface of the processing chamber 101; and a coolant nozzle 15 which is provided near the bottom plate 13 and discharges a coolant in a direction along the wall plate 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
