PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus and a printing system which can perform printing by changing a portion of setting items of a printing condition without complicated work.SOLUTION: A character string extraction unit 302 extracts a character string indicating the name of a printing job given to the printing job input to an input unit 301. A printing condition holding unit 304 extracts the printing condition given to the printing job input to the input unit 301 to hold it. A fixed printing condition holding unit 305 associates a specific character string with a set value of a specific setting item out of setting items constituting the printing condition to hold them. A printing condition setting unit 306 changes the set value of the setting item corresponding to the specific character string of the printing condition held in the printing condition holding unit 304 to the set value held in the fixed printing condition holding unit 305 when the specific character string is included in the character string extracted by the character string extraction unit 302.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
