PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occlusion perfusion catheter capable of delivering a controlled dose of an agent locally to an injured site.SOLUTION: Provided is an occlusion perfusion catheter 100 for introducing a fluid into an isolated space, comprising: at least two occlusion balloons 210, 250 for isolating the space, the occlusion balloons being disposed spaced from each other on a distal end side of a catheter shaft 160; an agent delivery skive port 440 disposed on an outer wall of the catheter shaft located between the occlusion balloons; an absorbing skive port 420 disposed spaced away from the agent delivery skive port on the outer wall of the catheter shaft located between the occlusion balloons; and a space-occupying balloon 230 disposed between the agent delivery skive port and the absorbing skive port. The inflated space-occupying balloon is not brought into contact with any of space-forming walls, with the result that the fluid communication between the agent delivery and absorbing skive ports is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
