PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump capable of preventing deviation of a diaphragm from a normal position, and capable of preventing leakage of working fluid from an inside of the pump.SOLUTION: A pump 1 includes a first head holder 11, a second head holder 12, and a diaphragm 13 having a peripheral edge 13a fastened by the first head holder 11 and the second head holder 12, and a center portion 13b of the diaphragm is reciprocated in a thickness direction, and thereby, a pressure in an internal space is varied, and fluid is transferred from an inflow port to an outflow port. A first projection 112 is provided on a fastening surface 111 fastening the peripheral edge 13a of the diaphragm of the first head holder 11, and a second projection 122 is provided on a fastening surface 121 fastening the peripheral edge 13a of the diaphragm of the second head holder 12, and the first projection 112 and the second projection 122 are located to be deviated in a radial direction of the diaphragm 13 from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
