PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation member which can prevent curing of silicone grease even in a state of coming in contact with a silicone-based potting material containing platinum and has excellent heat radiation characteristics.SOLUTION: A heat radiation member contains a porous preform containing a fluorine resin and a thermally conductive filler, and silicone grease contained in a hole of the porous preform. The silicone grease contains silicone oil. The silicone oil contains at least only one structural unit selected from the group consisting of a trimethylsiloxane unit, a dimethylsiloxane unit and a diphenylsiloxane unit, at a terminal end.SELECTED DRAWING: None
