PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for a polarizing plate, which is excellent in antistatic performance and has durability under high temperature and high humidity.SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive for an optical member is obtained from a (meth)acrylic polymer (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 500,000 or more, a crosslinking agent (B), and an ionic compound (C) comprising a cation represented by the following formula and an anion selected from a bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide anion and a bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide anion. The pressure-sensitive adhesive for an optical member has a storage modulus at 23°C of 1.0×10-1.0×10and a storage modulus at 80°C of 5.0×10-5.0×10.
