PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a rise of a temperature of a high voltage component of a high voltage generator with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A high voltage generator includes: a tank 18 filled with an insulation oil; a high voltage component 14b which is dipped into the insulation oil in the tank 18; and an indication temperature structure 33 that indicates a change of physical amount which can be visually observed by rising the temperature of the high voltage component 14b. In the indication temperature structure 33, one end contacts to the high voltage component 14b, the other end includes a rod 22 which is inserted to the tank 18 so as to be positioned at the outside of the tank 18, and the temperature rising of one end is expressed as the change (22) of physical amount which can be visually observed by the other end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
