PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay method, a program and a device providing smooth streaming at a terminal connected to a radio network.SOLUTION: The relay method includes: processing for acquiring, according to a content acquisition request received through a radio network from a terminal which performs streaming (S601), a content from a content distribution device (S607); identification processing for identifying a pre-buffer residual amount in a terminal, which is the transfer destination of the content (S609); and processing for starting the transfer of the content to a terminal, having a smaller pre-buffer residual amount, when the tolerable number of content transfer processing to which an idle band in the radio network is allocated is smaller than the number of content transfer processing standing by (S617).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
