PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a semiconductor device capable of providing a regulation part at a proper position to optimize obtained structures of respective parts of the semiconductor device, and of efficiently manufacturing the semiconductor device.SOLUTION: A metal part that at least becomes an electrode part is formed on a mother board, and a regulation part that restricts a semiconductor element is provided on the mother board. Due to such a configuration, when a semiconductor device using a substrate for a semiconductor device is manufactured, position shift of the semiconductor element can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
