PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect un-actualized traffic obstruction action of another vehicle in advance to make a control object vehicle execute a risk reduction action for the un-actualized traffic obstruction action.SOLUTION: A drive support device (3) extracts (31) information on a traffic obstruction action of another vehicle in the past based on acquired drive history of the other vehicle to set (32) risk of the other vehicle from extracted information on the traffic obstruction action.
