PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode sheet capable of further improving a density of an electrode mixture layer while suppressing occurrence of waviness in a configuration using an electrode active material having a small particle diameter.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an electrode sheet containing an electrode active material of which the average primary particle diameter is equal to or smaller than 200 nm is disclosed. The manufacturing method includes: a step A for obtaining composite particles by mixing the electrode active material with unsaturated polyester of which the coefficient of linear expansion is equal to or greater than 5.5×10/K in such a manner that the unsaturated polyester becomes 0.5 wt% or more with respect to 100 wt% of the electrode active material; a step B for forming an electrode mixture layer containing the composite particles, a conductive material and a binder on a collector foil; and a step C for hot-pressing the electrode mixture layer and the collector foil at a temperature that is equal to or higher than 60°C and equal to or lower than 120°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
