PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device executing the filtering for complementing image quality degradation efficiently.SOLUTION: Based on the resolution of acquired image data, and a target resolution after resolution conversion, first resolution higher than the resolution of image data and closest to the resolution of image data, out of the approximate number of target resolutions, is determined. The image data thus acquired is converted into first image data having a first determined resolution. The first image data thus converted is processed using a filter complementing image quality degradation, indicated by the image data, that may occur when the image data is processed. The first data thus processed is converted into second image data having a target resolution, before being outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
