PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor substrate that allows easy specification of a short-circuit generation part between terminals of a transistor circuit.SOLUTION: A plurality of transistor circuits of a transistor substrate include a first-row and second-column transistor circuit with a gate terminal connected to a first word line and a first terminal connected to a second bit line and a second-row and first-column transistor circuit with a gate terminal connected to a second word line and a first terminal connected to a first bit line.
