PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a variation in quality of sintered articles by uniformly heating and defatting a treatment object.SOLUTION: A vacuum defatting and sintering furnace 1 comprises a treatment container 20, a nonporous insulation material 3, a vacuum chamber 4, a treatment container supporting section 6 and a gas supply mechanism 7. The insulation material 3 has a first insulation material 3a and a second insulation material 3b. The second insulation material 3b is installed in a manner that separates a space Swith the treatment container 20 stored therein from a space Swithout the treatment container 20. A gas passing port 9 is arranged on the second insulation material 3b and a gas exhaust hole 10 is arranged on the first insulation material 3a. The gas passing port 9 and the gas exhaust hole 10 are arranged in a manner that prevents a heat generation body of a heater 2 installed in the space Swith the treatment container 20 stored therein from being exposed to an outside of the first insulation material 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
