An improved plant (1) for spraying skins and the like, comprising a plurality of spray guns (14) which are under movement by virtue of being mounted on a drive structure (10), and which are cyclically commanded to spray a treatment liquid onto the skins (8) to be treated, which advance on a conveyor belt (4), said plant being characterised by comprising a device (3) for monitoring and optimizing the functionality of said spray guns (14), which is mounted in¬ line on said plant (1), and which comprises: - at least one image sensor (24) disposed such as to capture, as each of said guns (14) mounted on said drive structure (10) passes in front of it, at least one image of said gun (14) and of its corresponding spray plume (22), - a processing unit (27) which receives said at least one image captured by said at least one sensor (24) and transmits it to a display unit (29) in which it is presented to the operator. |
