PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table device equipped with a piston type clamp mechanism capable of sufficiently keeping responsivity or clamp torque.SOLUTION: A bolt 12 is made to penetrate an opening of a fixed portion 11a and is screwed in a bolt hole provided on a piston 10. An opening to be penetrated by a bolt 13 is provided on a fixed portion 11b. The bolt 13 is made to penetrate the opening of the fixed portion 11b, and screwed in a bolt hole provided on a rear plate 8. In this structure, the piston 10 is prevented from rotating to a shaft 1. A spring disc 11 is energized in a direction always unclamping a brake disc 9, by repulsion force due to the elastic deformation of a supporting portion 18 supporting both fixed portions 11a and 11b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
