摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power demand adjustment device which effectively controls charge/discharge of a storage battery.SOLUTION: A load factor calculation part 11 performs processing for calculating a power demand prediction on a second next day based on a power demand prediction on a first next day in the community and a charge/discharge plan of a storage battery on the next day in the community in the state where demand response information is not used, and calculating a load factor on the next day in the community from the calculated power demand prediction on the second next day. A DR information creation part 12 creates demand response information based on a latest load factor that is calculated by the load factor calculation part 11. A charge/discharge plan creation part 21 creates the charge/discharge plan of a storage battery 22 on the next day based on the latest demand response information that is created by the DR information creation part 12. After the load factor calculation part 11 repeats the processing predetermined times, a DR information extraction part 14 extracts demand response information from among the demand response information that has been created by the DR information creation part 12, and notifies each of users of the extracted demand response information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
