PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of controlling the radio transmission power of an access point with the suppression of an adverse effect on radio terminal communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes: an access point which accommodates a radio terminal in the network of the self-device; and an access point management device which manages the access point. The access point includes: a radio wave information acquisition unit which acquires radio wave information related to a radio wave which the radio terminal transmits; and a statistic information acquisition unit which acquires the statistic information indicative of statistics in a predetermined statistic period, on the basis of the radio wave information acquired by the radio wave information acquisition unit. The access point management device includes: a statistic information collection unit which collects the statistic information from the access point; and an access point control unit which controls the transmission power of the access point on the basis of the statistic information acquired by the statistic information collection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
