PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device capable of improving appearance by making light incident on the periphery of a display plate transmit easily.SOLUTION: The operating device comprises an operating member 20 constituted of a light transmitting member and including an outer convex portion 22 formed on a front surface 20a and an inner concave portion 26 formed on a rear surface 20b, and a supporting member that is disposed on the rear surface of the operating member 20 and has a light diffusing property that diffuses light from the light source. The outer convex portion has a front face portion 22a constituting a display face and a plurality of outer slope face portions 22b surrounding the front face portion 22a. The inner concave portion has a back surface portion 26a and a plurality of inner slope face portions 26b surrounding the back surface portion 26a and facing the outer slope face portions. An inner boundary line 52 between the back surface portion and each of the inner slope face portions is set to be inside the outer boundary line 51 between the front surface portion and each outer slope face portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
