PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OLT and delay-related setting value correction method capable of correcting the deviation of RTT caused by route change or fiber dispersion at the time of wavelength switching in the variable wavelength WDM/TDM-PON.SOLUTION: An OLT and delay-related setting value correction method correct the RTT or EqD by measuring the difference between the arrival estimation time when an uplink signal from the ONU arrives at the OSU, estimated from the RTT or EqD before wavelength switching, and the arrival actual time when the uplink signal actually arrives at the OSU.
