PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor including a porous anode body and an anode including a dielectric layer.SOLUTION: The anode body is formed from a valve metal powder that is pressed and sintered, and has specific charge of greater than or equal to about 200,000 μF V/g and phosphorus content of less than or equal to about 150 ppm.
