PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary shaft for a linear-motion guide device having rollers acting as rolling bodies in which each of legs of a slider is formed with two raceway surfaces enabling a state of rollers present in a first load rolling passage positioned near an opposing surface of a barrel to be confirmed by the prior art method.SOLUTION: A temporary shaft has: a pair of side plates 11 corresponding to side surfaces of a guide rail; a pair of end plates 12 corresponding to each of end surfaces in a longitudinal direction; a first horizontal plane 13 corresponding to an opposing surface of a barrel part; and a second horizontal surface 14 corresponding to an installation surface. A pair of end plates 12 are fixed to both ends of the pair of side plates 11 in their longitudinal direction. At least a part of the second horizontal surface 14 is a released surface. The side plates 11 have a first slant surface 11a corresponding to a first raceway surface of the guide rail and a second slant surface 11b corresponding to a second raceway surface. A first slant plate part forming the first slant surface 11a is formed with an open-hole 11d passing through the plate surface. A part opposing against the released surface of the first horizontal surface 13 has a reflection layer 2b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
