PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To anticipate whether a CNT dispersion is one from which a spun CNT fiber with excellent characteristics can be obtained or not before the spinning step.SOLUTION: An evaluation method of a CNT dispersion is an evaluation method of a CNT dispersion containing a CNT dispersed body, and has: a measurement step to check on whether at least one of following conditions (1)-(3) is satisfied or not by measurement; and a determination step to determine that the CNT dispersion is suitable as a raw material of a spun CNT fiber in the case in which at least one of the conditions (1)-(3) is satisfied in the measurement step. (1) A size expressed in terms of sphericity of the CNT dispersed body measured with a disk-type frequency-classified centrifugal sedimentation apparatus is 25 nm-1.3 μm. (2) A distribution chart of the size expressed in terms of sphericity of the CNT dispersed body measured with a disk-type frequency-classified centrifugal sedimentation apparatus has a maximum value at 30 nm-1 μm. (3) The peak wavelength of plasmon far-infrared resonance of the CNT dispersed body is 300 cmor less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
