PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker capable of reducing a moisture content of cooked rice and suppressing a heat loss of constituents contained in the cooked rice.SOLUTION: A rice cooker includes control means that starts a boiling process when the temperature of an object to be heated reaches a predetermined first temperature, controls the electric power so that the temperature of the object to be heated becomes a boiling temperature, and ends the boiling process when the temperature of a container reaches a second temperature higher than the boiling temperature. The time of the boiling process in a second rice cooking mode is shorter than the time of the boiling process in a first rice cooking mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
