PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die with simple structure and excellent in a cooling effect of an insert.SOLUTION: A die cooling passage 30 for compressed gas is provided in a die 3 having an insert pin 12. The die cooling passage 30 comprises: a nozzle 33 whose tip end becomes a tapered shape and a ventilation cross section becomes gradually narrower; and an expansion chamber 40 in which the compressed gas jet from the nozzle 33 is expanded. The insert pin 12 comprises in an integrated state, an insert body 13 provided in the die 3 and a pin part 14 facing inside of a cavity 8 formed by the die 3. A plurality of fin-state parts 17 are provided on an outer face of the insert body 13, and the fin-state parts 17 are disposed in a downstream side of the expansion chamber 40, so that, by expanding the compressed gas, the compressed gas can be flown into the die cooling passage 30 with the gas temperature reduced by Boyle-Charles' law, and heat exchange is performed since the gas whose temperature is reduced contacts the fin-state parts 17, so that the pin part 14 can be efficiently cooled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
