PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile X-ray diagnostic apparatus which is used in conjunction with another medical image diagnostic apparatus and is capable of improving position reproducibility in a simplified configuration.SOLUTION: A mobile X-ray diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a movable frame including a movable part and a bottom part which is detachably coupled to moving rails via a support body mounted on the rails, the rails being for a rack of another medical image diagnostic apparatus and being laid on an installation surface of the rack, and which moves along the rails integrally with the support body in the state being coupled to the rails, while being freely movable on the installation surface via the movable part in a detached state being detached from the rails; a position information presentation unit which acquires the current position information of the apparatus on the rails based on an output signal from a position sensor of the support body, and which causes a display unit to display the current position information of the apparatus; and an X-ray imaging system mounted to the movable frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
