PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information providing device capable of suppressing a line of sight movement amount of a user who visually recognizes a display unit to a minimum necessary level and improving a human-machine interface.SOLUTION: In the vehicle information providing device which has a first display unit 204 displaying to a user vehicle state information and first control means 202 operating the first display unit 204 and is connected to external equipment 103 via connection means 104, the first display unit 204 has a first display area R1 displaying prescribed information D1 of the vehicle state information and a second display area R2 displaying other information D2 of the vehicle state information different from the prescribed information D1. The first control means 202 has a function to determine a user's driving margin and, when it is determined that the driving margin is large, operates the first display unit 204 so as to display an icon 410 related to operation of the external equipment 103 to the second display area R2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
