PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumoperitoneum system capable of determining a blocking state accurately.SOLUTION: A measurement conduit 16 has one end in communication with an abdominal cavity 2a through a trocar 15 and a measurement tube 17, and the other end provided with a syringe 32. The syringe 32 has a capacity that changes with displacement of a lid 33a attached to a shaft 33b of a solenoid device 33 to be turned ON/OFF. An internal pressure of the measurement conduit which is measured by a pressure sensor 35 provided on the measurement conduit 16 when the capacity is changed can be compared to a threshold pressure to determine a state of non-blockage, minor half-blockage, major half-blockage, or complete blockage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
