PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assist device capable of contributing to an improvement of a training effect.SOLUTION: An exercise assist device 1 includes a control device 30 composed of a plurality of electric elements. The control device 30 acquires a measurement signal from a measuring unit 10 for outputting the measurement signal reflecting an oxygen concentration of blood that supplies oxygen to muscles during training in which a first state in which a load is imposed on muscles and a second state in which a load is not imposed on muscles are repeated. The control device 30 causes a notification unit 22 to output exercise information including an exercise resumption timing which is a timing of transitioning from the second state to the first state based on the measurement signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
