PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device capable of suppressing a reduction in image quality due to heat generation at the time of generation of driving signals.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device comprises: a first head unit driven by first and second driving signals; a second head unit driven by third and fourth driving signals; first through fourth generation sections generating first through fourth driving signals; a circuit board provided with the first through fourth generation sections; and a shield case 90 accommodating the circuit board. The shield case 90 comprises heat radiation sections 92 and 93 for radiating heat inside the shield case to an outside. The first driving signal has an amplitude larger than that of the second driving signal, and the third driving signal has an amplitude larger than that of the fourth driving signal. The heat radiation sections 92 and 93 are included in a first portion when the shield case 90 and the circuit board are cut-off by a virtual plane perpendicular to the circuit board and divided into the first portion including the first and third generation sections and a second portion including the second and fourth generation sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
