PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyzer capable of improving exhaust gas purification efficiency and further easy in production, and a catalyzer.SOLUTION: Provided is a catalyzer element in which a metal catalyst is plated to a wire net 27, further a plurality of projecting parts 27a are formed on one side 27u of the wire net 27, and it is coiled and formed. The production of a catalyzer element is made possible by using one wire net 27. By forming the plurality of projecting parts 27a at the wire net 27, in addition to the increase of the surface area of the wire net 27 itself, by the formation of the projecting part 27a, the surface area is made large, and the surface area of the metal catalyst plated to the wire net 27 is made large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
