PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a multilayer coil consisting of odd-numbered layers.SOLUTION: A multilayer coil 62 comprises: at least three or more odd-numbered layers 72a-72c; coils 74a-74c formed in the layers 72a-72c, respectively and wound so as to be longer in one direction; a first terminal part 80a connected on one end side in the one direction at an inner end of the first coil 74a in the first layer 72a which is one of the layers 72a-72c; a second terminal part 80b provided outside of one end side in the one direction of the second coil 74b in the second layer 72b which is one of the layers 72a-72c; and a through-hole part 82a connecting the first terminal part 80a with the second terminal part 80b.
