PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly efficiently manufacturing a secondary battery electrode having excellent durability.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a secondary battery electrode proposed herein includes: a granulation step of mixing a solvent and a powder material containing at least an active material and a binder to granulate wet granulated particles; and a step of forming an active material layer on a current collector by press-molding powder comprising the wet granulated particles. The binder comprises polyvinylidene fluoride resin powder having an average particle size of 49 μm or less.
